Summary0015462: At times, content in text fields in a ticket is hidden completely when ticket is read-only
Description

At times, copy that is entered into one of the text fields (e.g., Description, Note, etc.) looks completely invisible/blank when the ticket is saved and viewed in Read mode.

I have seen this with certain URLs, but haven't narrowed down exactly what the key to reproduce it is.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a new Mantis ticket, and paste the URL in the file attached to this ticket, into the Description field.

  2. Save the ticket; when you view it in read mode, the copy isn't shown.

Hmmmm...it seems this isn't reproducible in the current Mantis version, since the "Additional Information" field contains the offending URL, and it looks fine.

This issue is not reproducible with the current version of MantisBT.
Have a look at 0014447 which has been fixed in version 1.2.12

We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem persists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue, with additional relevant information.
