| Description | Project is public. Default view state for new issues is 'private'. Threshold to view private cases is DEVELOPER. When issue's state is 'private' monitors (who are REPORTERs) do not receive email alerts. When view state is changed to 'public' monitors receive email alerts. What should I do to enable monitors' email alerts going out regardless of view state of the issues? Thank you. | ||||
