I can reproduce this with Firefox 28.0 Chrome 33.0.1750.154 m I have AdBlocker disabled, no other plugins that would affect this as far as I can see. Plugin installs fine, but nothing can be done with it :=) That is: I cannot add customers, groups or services. Haven't experimented with the fields yet (displaying in views). I'm seriously interested in this plugin since I'd like to add a hook for Mantis to call SimpleInvoices, and this plugin might well add some fields and functions that I could do with. At the moment I'm using projects for my customers, for example. Any more help I can offer, let me know. Oh, and system details, sorry: MantisBT Core 1.2.17 jQuery Library 1.8.2 jQuery UI Library 1.9.0
