Description	Commit a61aed3b0b1f89e7e978be486beeac97492a83c0 introduced a major regression. The function bugnote_add uses undefined variable $c_user_id instead of using $p_user_id The function bugnote_stats_get_events_array uses undefined variable $c_bug_id
