Summary	0016483: Broken custom field API following removal of legacy db_prepare_int calls
Description	Commit a61aed3b0b1f89e7e978be486beeac97492a83c0 introduced a major regression. The function custom_field_destroy uses undefined variable $c_field_id The funtion custom_field_set_value uses undefined variables $c_field_id, $c_bug_id There is also a string "custom_field_destroy" before "function" which has to be removed
