Summary	0016514: Manage users page: enabling 'Hide inactive' leads to SQL error
Description	The error is Database query failed. Error received from database was 0001064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND enabled = 1' at line 2 for the query: SELECT count(*) as user_count FROM mantis_user_table WHERE (1 = 1) AND ((1382297563 - last_visit)< ) AND enabled = 1.
