Summary	0017343: Change filter box to show active filter in compact form with Edit button
Description	At the moment, the filter box takes a lot of space. This feature is about replacing it with the following: Text describing active filter. Edit filter button. Ability to reset filter or switch to saved filter. This provides the user with a quick glance of the current filter showing only active fields with the ability to quickly switch to another filter or go into an edit filter page which shows the full filter box that is currently shown on the View Issues page. I've done a quick prototype and attached the screenshot. The screenshot shows 1 and 2 from the above.

vboctor 2014-05-16 03:20 manager ~0040294	The final version will: Have all field name localized. Will only display fields that are different than the default filter. Will include the ability to switch to other saved filters. Will include the reset filter option. I would like to get your thoughts before I go further.
