Summary	0017445: Add Global Profile Entries to Mail Header
Description	Is there a way to add the Entries in the Global Profile (Plattform / OS / Version) to either the subject Header or in the mail Content of the e-mails, the System is sending when adding/changing a ticket?

Sup-Rob 2014-06-25 04:25 reporter ~0040845	If it is currently not possible to add These fields to head mail subject, can These fields somehow be added to mail Content (above or below) cutsom fields? It is very important to have the Information of these fields in the mail.
