Summary	0018018: Backport feature "Create Clone access to reporters" to 1.2.x series
Description	Please backport issue 0011290 to stable 1.2 series. Issue 0011290 was marked as closed and I am unable to add any notes. That is the reason for my issue. Cannot set relationship as well.
