Summary	0001837: Can add users to project multiple times
Description	In 0.17.1 being a manager I can add a user to the project multiple times in Users view. One can type in the same username in Username field and hit Add User button multiple times. This results in this user being displayed with multiple entries (having different access levels!).
Additional Information	Maybe this is fixed with 0001709 resolution?
