Summary	0019645: Reporter in advanced filters
Description	Hello, I think that the filter list "Reporter" in "Advanced filters" needs to be in relation with the filter list "Project" : When we need to filter on 2 or 3 projects, the list "Reporter" needs to include ALL reporter of the 2 or 3 projects, not the list of reporter for the current project. Same case for "Assigned To", "Monitored By".
