Summary	0020477: Email functionality is not working
Description	Am using the application has a administrator and am not able to send email to anyone.. please help mee
Steps To Reproduce	1) wrote email id 2) clicked on forgot password link 3)enter the user name and email id 4) i got a message if you had written the correct email id and password. pass word reset link is sent to registered email but no email is sent
