Summary	0022177: Reference issue images from markdown
Description	The markdown text on an issue should be able to reference attachments on the issue. For example, a user should be able to attach "screenshot.png" and reference it from the body of the note associated with that attachment, other notes, description, etc.

It seems that it should be possible by quite simple parsedown library hook in which markdown image tag `![](image.png)` would first look for attachment with given name and generate inline link for that in case it is found. If not default to original markdown behaviour `<img src="image.png">` in this case.
