Summary	0022935: Optimize Change log for Printing
Description	The change log should be optimized for printing. Optimize the look for printing. Remove unnecessary borders (around the whole content, around category, around version description) Hide buttons like View Issues (top/bottom of the version area), version #, project name. Use full page width. Status colors shouldn't be always black.
