Summary	0002330: View Bugs Doesn't List Bugs
Description	When using the current CVS version and trying to view bugs on view_all_bug_page I get the follwing error: ERROR: FAILED QUERY: SELECT severities FROM WHERE project_id='0' : 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'WHERE project_id='0'' at line 3
Steps To Reproduce	Just visit view_all_bug_page on my install (which unfortunately is local and noone else can access it)
