OK. Using 17.4a, PHP is configured for 5meg uploads however using the attach file option i seem restricted to 1meg or less. The file is set to store in mysql. When loading file greater than 1 meg the bug_file_add.php cannot be found

This means there is 1 or 2 possible problems.
1: Because of system restrictions the file is too big to be uploaded. this means bad error handling.
2: mysql cannot handle files larger than 1 meg??? Still bad error handling
3: although everything says mantis can accept upto the configured setting, infact it can't and can only accept 1 meg. Doco would need to be changed. Still bad error handling

When i say bad errro handling i mean the fact that when the file exceed a pre-determined limit a page not found msg appears rather than a nice msg saying file to large to be accepted
