I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of MantisBT (tried Firefox 57.0.4 on macOS, will try on Windows tomorrow).

The following additional information may be useful:

  • Are there any errors or warnings in browser console ?
  • Are there any errors or warnings in web server and/or PHP logs ?
  • Did you install any browser plugin ?
  • Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
  • Installed plugins or custom functions ?
  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

Is there any condition in code for using dark grey everywhere ? (eg : default, robustness case...)
