Summary | 0002385: 'mail on' settings broken up by role
Description | It would be nice to have a grid with the different actions ("on close", "on resolve", etc) down the side and roles ("when reporter", "when assigned to", "when monitoring"). As a developer I probably want to know about a priority change, but as a reporter I may only care about when the bug is closed.
Additional Information | Minor feature and might mean adding too many fields to user preferences. But it's something to consider in the "great email rewrite"
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||
That's partially done, but statically through the custom_config_inc.php. See $g_notify_flags and $g_default_notify_flags in 0.18.0-CVS (in config_defaults_inc.php). |

ok, I hadn't seen that... I was picturing each user being able to configure it for themselves but this is a decent start. Anyway we can revisit this when the email stuff gets rewritten... too bad we don't have a milestone field to mark it as such :) |

Hello, I believe that this is fixed in the current releases - manage -> manage configuration -> email notification on a per-project basis. Per-user request for this exists as a seperate bug too. Paul |
