Description	When a user is selected in the AssignTo PopUp, the assigned user is not set in the new bug.

niluge 2001-02-20 09:17 reporter ~0000395	I've checked, again, and every new bug (with a user selected in AssignTo) has the "assignated" status, but no "Assigned To" user.

niluge 2001-02-20 09:29 reporter ~0000398	In the demon version it seems to be the same problem: bug 245 is assignated to someone, but no user is set. (i know one could have done it on purpose, but i think that the reporter used the "AssignTo" popup)
