Additional Information	This error is corrected, if instead of type dateTime will ispzovatsya string type in mantisconnect.wsdl

Can you please add more info regarding the systems involved or point to a documentation reference that states that `xsd:dateTime` must never be null? Note that changing types will break existing clients so we probably won't do that.
