Summary	0024213: Wrong link to the mantis dev guide
Description	When the coding documentation summary page is displayed, the link towards the guide is http://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master-1.2.x/en/ But this link goes to nowhere.
Steps To Reproduce	Go to http://www.mantisbt.org/development.php In the "Documentation" block, click on the "Developer's Guide" link You are directed to http://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master-1.2.x/en/ but this page display an 404 error.
