@Marnix would you be able to open a pull request with your changes at https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/linked-custom-fields/pulls ? It would be a lot easier to review the changes and merge them.

I'm very sorry, but i have no idea how to do that.

only the files;

I have just updated the plugin, which should now support MantisBT 2.3 or later.
