Description	It looks like I discovered a small layout issue on mobile device at View Issue, when clicking on "Filter by Last Updated Date".
Steps To Reproduce	Open https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view_all_bug_page.php on a mobile device Go to "Filter by Last Updated Date" ==> see screenshot 1 ==> everything OK Click the checkbox " Filter by Last Updated Date" ==> see screenshot 2 ==> the filters are shifted to the left and horizontal scrolling isn't possible
Additional Information	Tested with Google Chrome on Android (Samsung Galaxy S6).

dregad 2018-11-09 10:31 developer ~0060943	I can confirm the behavior with Chrome (v68) on my work PC; the bug seems to be present on Firefox (v62) also, but the problem is not as severe in this case, because the screen's shift to the left is only a few pixels. Resizing the window seems to somehow fix the issue. I cannot reproduce on my iPhone (neither with Safari nor with Chrome).
