Summary	0002535: Direct linking to bugnotes in the view_all_bug_page.php page
Description	This is a small patch to add a bit of very useful functionality. In the "View Bugs" screen, you'll see a column labeled "#" which shows the number of bugnotes for each bug in the list. This numerical value isn't linked to anything. This patch will make the number listed a link, and allow you to "Jump to Bugnotes" for that bug.
Additional Information	Around line 281 or so in view_all_inc.php, inside the 'if ($bugnote_count > 0) {...}' block, add this inside the first else (replacing what's already there): PRINT "<a href="$g_view_bug_advanced_page?f_id=$v_id#bugnotes">$bugnote_count</a>";
