Summary	0025658: Require javascript
Description	Currently, there is diverse javascript code to manage some functionalities in the web UI. Usually, there is fallback functionality for non-javascript, but as reported (project selection), we have some issues. Should we consider making javascript a requeriment for web UI? This way we can clean up redundancy for fallback functionality (eg, view_filters_page.php), and move forward for better UI optimizations, eg: more interactive form selectors, filters, etc.
