Summary	0026455: Update issue status via REST API without privilege results in Slim error
Description	In /api/soap/mc_api.php on line 364, its trying to call 2 methods , "getMessage" and "getFault", that don't exist in the class "RestFault". To test, use the rest api to update the status of an issue, without the privileges to do so. A "Slim Application error" is thrown.
