Summary	0026701: Notification of a note added is not received when the issue is updated
Description	When having my user preferences, for example: E-mail on Status Change: disabled E-mail on Note Added: enabled When an issue is updated that matches those rules: by changing status and having a note added in the same "change status page", there is no notification sent. I would expect a "note added" notification.

buttercookie42 2022-12-23 09:53 reporter ~0067237	Very recently came across this myself. Seems like it was already reported quite a few more years ago as 0015761. The slightly annoying thing is that the workaround of enabling e-mails for status changes apparently also causes e-mails to be sent each time somebody monitors an issue, which I'm not actually that interested in.
