Description

as in the subject with the configuration that "tranform" #01234 in links to the cvs if I write:
<a href="http://www.domain.com/page#2.9">http://www.domain.com/page#2.9</a>

Steps To Reproduce

look at the description field of this bugreport.
If it is ok try to change the configuration so that hyperlinks and #XXXX bugnumbers (cvs link) will be active and look again at the description

Fixed in cvs... now we only insert links if # is preceeded by whitespace or at the beginning of the line
