Summary	0027157: Update securimage to 4.0.2
Description	When SecurImage's author announced he would no longer maintain the library, he also tagged a new 4.0.2 release from the nextgen branch he had been working on. Until we identify a replacement for SecurImage (see 0027156), we should in parallel consider upgrading to 4.0.2; since the changelog mentions increased captcha difficulty and several other fixes and improvements, if there are no regressions it may be worth the effort.

dregad 2022-07-24 09:25 developer ~0066833	After analysis and testing, it turns out the library's behavior in the 4.x branch has changed quite a bit compared to the version we're currently using, and some non-trivial changes would be required for Mantis to use it. Considering that securimage is end-of-life, it is not worth the effort to upgrade.
