Summary0027808: Questionable UI / button on "Edit Project Category" page
Description

There is a "Delete Category" button on "Edit Project Category" page (manage_proj_cat_edit_page.php).

The button position is questionable.
The delete functionality is questionable, as the form is used to edit a category.

Categories can be deleted using buttons on manage_proj_page.php and manage_proj_edit_page.php, so the button on manage_proj_cat_edit_page.php can be removed.

The button position is questionable

This was driven by limitations of legacy HTML.
I have a work-in-progress branch where I moved such buttons into the form footer (see 0027274 / https://github.com/dregad/mantisbt/tree/i27274-move-buttons)

The delete functionality is questionable, as the form is used to edit a category.

I agree, and I'm fine with removing the button as you propose.
