| Description | If sub-projects are disabled, the global categories don't seem to work. This is likely an already existing issue in report page for example. But with the change done in 0027361 - IssueAddCommand/API submissions that used to work for category 'General' no longer works. We should make sure global categories are available in dropdowns and accepted by commands/APIs. | ||||
