Summary	0002842: User still receives email after account is disabled.
Description	I disabled an account, but didn't want to delete the user because he has still bugs asigned. The system still sends out emails to the disabled user though.

vboctor 2003-02-11 05:56 manager ~0003682	Fixed in CVS (will be in 0.18.0). BTW, you can also delete such users now (in 0.18.0) and an auto-generated name will be used to refer to them. For example, user24 for deleted user that had id 24.
