Summary	0002889: Double quotes are not handled correctly in bug id hints
Description	If you hover with the mouse over a bug id in the view all bugs page, it displays the title of the bug in a hint. If the title contains double quotes, the string is truncated.

vboctor 2003-02-10 21:49 manager ~0003680	Tested on the latest CVS code and seems to be fixed. I am not sure who fixed it.
