Summary	0002954: bgcolor attribute on TD [Performance]
Description	Every TD body cell in the view bugs page has a bgcolor attribute. One per TR should be enough. (All color attributes are overridden from the stylesheet, so it might be completely unnecessary)

The reason for using the bgcolor rather than a class is to make the colors configurable through the configs, while avoiding generating the style sheet dynamically. I am sure a compromise can be achieved here, but I guess this should be after 0.18.0.
