Summary	0003077: Inconsistency: "Assigned To" versus "Handler"
Description	In order to be consistent with the Mantis user interface, can you update /lang/strings_english.txt so that we have: `$s_email_handler = "Assigned To"` This is so that the email acknowledgement will have the same wording as the Mantis UI. Thank you.
