| Description | Allow Cat and a Sub Category classification. I've played with making my own bug tracking system, and found this to be great for when a project has many major categories and you want to be able to narrow down where the problem occurs. | ||||
| Additional Information | When doing Projects, perhaps add a "profile" type, and different projects could then have custom look and feels to them, such as "help desk" or "development" or what ever other types could be created, then the system becomes a bit more flexible in what it can be used for, but not a large amount of additional work to acheive this. | ||||
