Description	It would be nice to be able to add a link (html or other) to the documentation instead of adding a file. I think it's a quite simple feature that would be really appreciated.

I would like this option for mantis 1.1.2. looking to you resolution as 'duplicated' issue of 0002438 seems that there is no resolution for the "ADD LINK in ADDITION TO ADD FILE", but only for the user access level.
