As of today, TravisCI do not support PHP 8.3.

I wrote to their support to ask when it will be available.

So after many weeks and exchanges with Travis Support, 8.3 builds are finally available and tested successfully this morning.

The runners are still on 8.3.0 as of this writing (8.3.2 came out last week), but this will do for now.
