Summary	0003349: File upload suggestion
Description	Here's a suggestion for the file uploads. In the current system if you have the uploaded files stored on the file system, it prefixes the bug number on the file. While this is good for a small number of files, if you get alot of files uploaded, then this directory can become quite a mess. I would suggest that instead of prefixing the file name, you instead create a directory named after the bug number and then store the files in there. This makes it much neater.
