I need to somehow disable the user deletion button that is provided from the MantisBt administration, since they have deleted users and they lose their ID and consequently their projects associated with their previous ID

Hello, I don't understand how this can help deactivate the delete user button or function, what I want is to not be able to delete a user or deactivate that "delete user" button, thank you.
