Description

I'm able to install, add Mailbox and also able the Test got sucessful. But when I'm doing complete test it throught me errors. Attached screenshot for your ref.
Please help with the solution.

Are you sure you're running version EmailReporting 0.10.1?
The line numbers in the error don't add up to that version.

If you're running version 0.11.0-DEV that's good. Just want to be sure.
What version of PHP are you using?

Please also enable debug mode in EmailReporting
An export of the email will be written to the folder specified where you enabled debug mode.
Please share that export so that i can debug what goes wrong.

Sorry, yes its Email Reporting 0.11.0-DEV
MantisBT 2.26.2;
PHP 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.18
and not able to enable debug mode as its keep on throwing errors. now the error is as attached

Please download the latest 0.11.0-DEV.
It should fix the last error. The first probably not. But we'll see.

this issue has been solved after i downgraded my php to 7.4.33 and EmailRepoting to v0.10.1.

But now when i'm adding a note to the ticket/email i received, user who raised ticket not getting email of it. Please guide.

If you are adding the note manually through MantisBT then EmailReporting is not the cause why it does not work.
Is the user registered as the reporter for the ticket?
Have you checked his notification settings? and the global notification settings for MantisBT?
