Summary	0003470: Another "Application Error #200" issue
Description	When a user reports a bug and use the text below as a description, an Application Error #200 appears. It appears in IE only (at least, Opera works well). If $g_allow_file_upload set to OFF, the bug disappears (bug_report.php inserts into its form enctype tag if this option is set to ON). Several hints (in bottom status bar) don't fit in the status bar area. For example: hints for ?Scheduled Audit?, ?Deployment Wizard? and others. See attached picture. I suggest to make area for hits more wide and ?X items? area (next after status bar) more narrow.
