Details Diff		 Update wsdl-viewer.xsl to 3.1.03

Minor bugfix. Latest version downloaded from
https://github.com/tomi-vanek/wsdl-viewer.

Reapplied our patch to remove the <script> block [1]. This has been
reported upstream [2].
