Summary	0035209: An invalid plugin can cause errors in other plugins' files
Description	When warning messages are displayed inline and a Plugin triggers warning (e.g. by attempting to hook an undeclared event), the error messages are also inserted at the top of files included by other Plugins via plugin_file(), causing errors in the browser's console
