Summary	0035246: Giving access to private issues to users who are monitoring them
Description	I wrote in https://mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=5702 but I've understood that nobody of moderator read anymore this bug: Hi, is it possible to develop this function in mantis? This ticket is opened from 20 years, many people need this feature, there are 6 duplicated tickets. I have realized the "Jump to Issue" said by vboctor in the far 2005, but it's important to realize also the bug visualization in the research page and in the main personal dashboard. If the problem is that the reasearch could become too slow, this feater should be possible to enable/disable.
