| Summary | 0003560: Updating print options resets all fields to "off" with no way to set fields again | ||||
| Description | I tried to update the printing options for bug reports. When I selected the fields I wanted to be printed (or rather unselected the ones I didn't want), I got no printouts for excel types at all. When I went back to the update prefs page, I noticed that all the checkboxes were unchecked and no matter what I did, they remained unchecked on subsequent visits. I checked the mysql table "mantis_user_print_pref_table", and the entry for my user (admin level) was "000000000000000000000000000". I deleted the entry and tried again. What I noticed is that when I first enter the preferences page, and entry gets created with all fields set, ("111111111111111111111111111"). Once I hit update, regardless of what I checked in the boxes, the entry gets reset back to all zeros again. | ||||

This is a duplicate of (at least) 0003067, 0003135, 0003146, 0003215 The problem was fixed for me by changing the following lines in print_all_bug_options_update.php. I don't know if it's fixed in CVS though --SNIP-- check the checkboxes
