We are migrating server from ubuntu ubuntu20 to ubuntu24 and php 7.4 to PHP 8.3.6 and now we have this message when we try logging to mantisBT

This is resolved starting from 2.25.6, see 0031943
There are more PHP 8.x related fixes in newer versions.
You should use latest stable release (2.27.1 at the moment).
