Summary	0035906: Update ADOdb to 5.22.10
Description	ADOdb 5.22.9 was released 01-May-2025. https://github.com/ADOdb/ADOdb/blob/v5.22.9/docs/changelog.md It's a security release, but the we are not affected by the vulnerability, since we do not use the pg_insert_id() method. ADOdb 5.22.10 was released 03-Aug-2025. https://github.com/ADOdb/ADOdb/blob/v5.22.10/docs/changelog.md It's a security release, but the we are not affected by the vulnerability, since we currently do not support SQLite databases.
