| Summary | 0003594: incorrect encoding for Turkish localization | ||||
| Description | I submitted the localization for the Turkish strings back in the day. I am aware that there are new strings I have to take care of now.. That will be forthcoming.. However, there's an issue which is completely my own fault, that has to be fixed immeditately. I don't know what I was thinking but I told Ken that the encoding for Turkish is 8859-15 when in fact it is 8859-9. Please change <meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;charset=iso-8859-15" /> to <meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html;charset=iso-8859-9" /> Thank you. | ||||

By the way.. This effects all released versions. |

This is set in the $s_charset variable in the language file. You could just submit a patch with the new translations, and include that change? |

Encoding fixed in CVS. Will be included in the next release. Please submit the Turkish language file updated in a separate bug. |
