Summary	0036353: When dropzone file upload finishes, progress bar keeps spinning
Description	When an attempt to upload an attachment via dropzone.js fails, the animation on the progress bar remains active, providing incorrect visual feedback that some activity might still be taking place. This is not a problem when the operation is successful as Mantis will switch to another page. The CSS `active` class is responsible for this, and should be removed from the progress bar once the upload is completed (successfully or not).

atrol 2025-11-04 00:34 developer ~0070627	@dregad "Fixed in Version" was set to 2.28.0, but "Target Version" was set to 2.27.2. That was confusing to me, especially as "Status" was set to "Closed" and the issue was visible in "Changelog" of non-released version 2.28.0. I checked that the PR was merged to master, so thought that the issue can't be targetted to 2.27.2.
